Official Rules for “Consumer’s Choice Giveaway”, June 1st, 2025 to August 7th, 2025

Golden Home Services, LLC dba BEST Heating, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing Repair (BEST HAP) will conduct this sweepstakes giveaway as described in these general rules, and each participant agrees to the following:

entering, each participant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which shall be final and not subject to appeal. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Participant must have a working HVAC system, electricity and gas to receive the prize service. Participant agrees to be opted in for email communications from BEST HAP when submitting your contest entry, and . Must be 18 years of age or older. Multiple submissions will not be accepted. This sweepstakes is void where restricted or prohibited and is subject to all local, state, and federal laws

The Contest is open to permanent legal U.S. residents who reside within BEST Heating, Cooling and Plumbing Repair service area consisting of Las Vegas and the surrounding areas of Anthem, Blue Diamond, Boulder City, Green Valley, Henderson, Jean, Nellis Air Force Base, North Las Vegas, Paradise, Sloan, Spring Valley, Summerlin and The Lakes, and are nominating someone who is a homeowner 18 years or older that is able to have the work described in the prize section below performed at their primary residence. Winning nominee will be required to provide proof of documentation confirming home ownership and homeowner’s insurance upon request. Employees and immediate family members of employees of BEST HAP and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers, and their advertising and production agencies (collectively, the “Sponsors”) are not eligible to participate. The term “immediate family members” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren.

To play, beginning,11:59 PST, fill out the official BEST HAP entry form, link available online at: https://bestairconditioningplumbingrepair.com/homeowners-choice-giveaway/. Or, you may also enter by mailing in one hand-written entry postmarked by July 15th, 2025. The hand-written entry must contain your first name, last name, home address, zip code/postal code, phone number, email address, and BEST HAP “Consumer’s Choice Giveaway” written at the top of the card. Only one mail-in request per person allowed. Entries postmarked after July 15th, 2025, will be discarded. Illegible cards will be discarded and deemed void. Mail hand-written entries to: BEST Heating, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing Repair, ATTN: Customer Service, 6260 Stevenson Way, Las Vegas, NV 89120.Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

An entrant may use only one (1) email address to submit entries during the giveaway. If an entrant uses multiple email addresses to submit more than one (1) entry per day, the entrant will be disqualified. For entries submitted online, entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning the e-mail address or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Any automated or computer-generated entries, fake or duplicate identities, spam, or improper techniques (as determined by the Sponsor(s)) will be disqualified. Any questions regarding the validity, completeness, or number of entries submitted by an individual or the identity of the authorized account holder of an e-mail address, phone number, or social media profile shall be determined by Sponsor(s) in its/their sole discretion. The Sponsor(s) reserve(s) the right to disqualify any entrant who acts in a disruptive, harassing, vulgar, or unsportsmanlike manner, as determined by the Sponsor(s) in its/their sole discretion. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If the Sponsor(s) determine(s), in its/their sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual tampering with the giveaway (electronic or otherwise) or if technical difficulties (e.g. infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor(s)) compromise the security, fairness, integrity or administration of the giveaway, the Sponsor(s) reserve(s) the right to void the entries at issue and/or modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the giveaway and conduct a random drawing to award the prize among all eligible entries received as of the termination date. If the giveaway is terminated due to tampering or technical difficulties prior to its expiration date, notice will be posted online at https://bestairconditioningplumbingrepair.com/homeowners-choice-giveaway/. Sponsor(s) reserve(s) the right to disqualify any entrant that tampers with the operation of the giveaway or website or violates the Official Rules of the Contest. Entries not conforming to announced entry specifications will not be acknowledged or returned.  ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND/OR CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE OR SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

By entering this giveaway, participants agree to BEST HAP’s Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy located at https://bestairconditioningplumbingrepair.com/privacy-policy/. All entry information becomes the property of the Sponsor(s). By entering, entrants grant the Sponsor(s) the right to broadcast and distribute their name, image, likeness, voice, entry materials, and biographical information in any media whatsoever, for any purpose whatsoever, worldwide, in perpetuity, without any further authorization from or compensation to the entrant.

Any valuation of the prize is based on available information provided to BEST HAP, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes related to the prize and paying any expenses associated with any prize which is not specifically provided for in the official rules, including but not limited to personal incidental items, transportation, taxes, souvenirs, gratuities, licenses, and the potential for additional installation work (if mutually agreed upon in advance between the parties). The winner must provide BEST HAP with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or Social Security Number before any prize will be awarded and will receive an IRS Form 1099 at the end of the calendar year and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS.

There will be TWO (2) winners picked, a Primary Winner and an Alternate Winner, which will be on August 11th, 11:59 PST. Entrants can win only once. Only the prize winner may claim the prize. No proxies permitted. Prior to delivery of the prize, winner is required to execute a Release and Affidavit of Eligibility that must be received by the Sponsor within ten (10) days from winner’s receipt of the Release and Affidavit of Eligibility form. Failure to complete, execute and deliver the Release and Affidavit of Eligibility in the time and manner specified above could result in forfeiture of the prize. Upon acceptance of the prize, winner releases the company and sponsors from all liability for injury or damage to property regarding the prize.

Verified prize winner will receive their choice of one of the following from BEST HAP:

  • Furnace and Air Conditioner
  • Tankless Water Heater
  • Whole-Home Drain Cleaning
  • New Garbage Disposal
  • Whole-Home Water Softener
  • Ductless Mini-Split
  • Indoor Air Quality Unit and Duct/Dryer Vent Cleaning

at a value of not to exceed $12,000 including all taxes and fees. Any costs incurred by the winner above the maximum prize value of $12,000 shall be the sole responsibility of the contest winner. This includes, but is not limited to, any expenses related to installation, custom modifications to the unit or home, permits, or any additional upgrades or services requested by the winner beyond the awarded prize. Winner agrees to schedule and complete the service no later than August 31st, 2025.

Prize may not be exchanged for cash. No substitution of prize permitted. The depiction of the prize in any advertising or promotional materials may not reflect the actual prize to be awarded. Winner may not transfer the prize.

Entries will be reviewed by August 9th, 2025 and the Primary Winner will be contacted by phone and/or e-mail no later than August 11th, 2025. and must reply within 24 hours to maintain eligibility. If the Primary Winner cannot be reached within this time period or fails to respond to any attempted contact, the Primary Winner will be disqualified, his/her entry will be declared null and void and the Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to award the Alternate Winner by the process referred to above.

All results are unofficial until winner(s) is/are verified by the Sponsor(s). Prizes may not be exchanged, substituted, transferred or redeemed for other prizes by winner. Cash will not be awarded as a substitute for prize. Prizes are awarded ‘as is’ with no guarantees or warranties as to use, merchantability, or fitness for a specific purpose, and the Sponsor(s) is/are not responsible for defective prizes. Sponsor(s) reserve(s) the right to substitute a prize in their sole discretion without an on-air or off-air announcement, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Other terms and conditions may apply. Each winner must submit proof of eligibility and sign BEST HAP Release Form to claim the prize. BEST HAP may substitute prizes, amend the rules or discontinue the Contest at any time as announced on https://bestairconditioningplumbingrepair.com/homeowners-choice-giveaway/.  Failure to completely fill out and sign all waivers, releases, or forms requested by Sponsor will result in forfeiture of the prize(s).

Winner agrees to the use of his/her/their name(s) and likeness(es), without any additional compensation, by sponsors for publicity. By entering this giveaway, the winner acknowledges that all sponsors and venues have the right to publicize his/her/their name(s), voice(s), and likeness(es), the fact that he/she/they won, and all matters incidental thereto. Sponsors to include winners’ names, photographs, recordings, etc. in any subsequent promotions, new releases or advertisements.

BEST HAP disclaims any responsibility to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct of the Contest. All entries become the property of BEST HAP and will not be returned.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Sponsor(s) disclaim(s) all liabilities to the winner(s) with respect to receipt and use of the prize(s). Winners and their guests or travel companions, by acceptance of their prize(s), agree to release and hold the Sponsor(s) and its/their affiliated companies, their advertising, promotion and production agencies, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives harmless from any and all liability, claims, causes of actions, damages, fines, and costs of any kind whatsoever (including reasonable attorney’s fees) which may be sustained directly or indirectly to persons or property in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any giveaway or prize-related activity.

This giveaway and the rights and obligations of the parties are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.

If the giveaway is promoted on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, iHeartRadio, or any other social media website (each a “Social Media Site”), the Sponsors reserve the right to void any entrant’s entry for failure to abide by the guidelines, policies, or procedures of the applicable Social Media Site, and to delete or remove any of entrant’s related likes, comments, posts, tweets, videos, photos, user generated content, or other electronic messages, communications, or submissions at their discretion. The Sponsors also reserve the right to block, ignore, report, and/or completely prevent any entrant, account, user, or profile from accessing the giveaway and/or the Sponsors’ profile(s), account(s), website(s), blog(s) or handle(s). This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with the Social Media Sites. By entering this giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold the Social Media Sites harmless from any or all claims, liability, damages, judgments, fines, costs, expenses related to or associated with their participation in this Contest. Entrants understand that by logging-in to the applicable Social Media Site, that they agree to comply with the Social Media Site’s Terms of Service, and that their personal information is subject to the Privacy Policies and information collection practices of the Social Media Site. Entrants agree that the Sponsors are not responsible for the collection, disclosure, transfer, or dissemination of their personal information, whether directly or indirectly, by third party advertisers, marketers, or any other transferees. For entries submitted through the Social Media Sites, the Sponsors may be limited to using the information in a manner set forth by the Social Media Sites and in no other way.
